Vice President Ronnie Padgett, Treasurer Theda Chambless, Secretary Dear Sirs and Madams: The Georgia State Winnebago-Itasca Travelers (WIT) motor home club better known as “The Georgia Winnie Rebels” would like to invite you to display and market your products at our state rally April 22 to 25 2010. This event will be held at the Georgia Agricenter located in Perry, Georgia. This year’s theme will be “Pirates go to Mardi Gras”. Attending will be Winnebago and Itasca owners throughout Georgia plus Winnebago owners traveling along Interstate75. A full schedule of entertainment, food and activities are planned starting Wednesday evening and continuing through Sunday morning. Both inside and outside display areas will be available. If you are interested in conducting a seminar, please advise us as soon as possible so we may schedule the time and place for your presentation. Please be advised, we cannot guarantee exclusivity of products but will do our best to provide adequate separation in the event of like products. Exhibitor registrations received on or before February 1st will receive free advertising on our website prior to the rally and for one year thereafter. Please provide us with your company logo and business card at time of registration. We would also like to ask for your donation of a door prize or prizes to be awarded at the rally. In the event you are not able to attend, your company and door prize will be recognized at the drawing periods and in our program guide. Thank you for your consideration and interest.
