10:00 AM:  Opening Ceremony inside Park Pavilion.

 

11:00 AM:  GNR and WIT Tours Seminar inside Park Pavilion.

 

12:00  PM: Lunch on your own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2:00 PM:  Ice Cream Social inside Park Pavilion provided by Farm and City Insurance.  (Sign up to win Prize from Farm and City Insurance during the social.

 

5:00 PM:  Happy Hour at Park Pavilion.  Bring snacks to share. You just might be able to skip dinner after this. Dinner is on your own.

 

7:00 PM : Live Auction inside the Park Pavilion.  If you have brought items for this auction, please drop them off at the auction items table before happy hour. 

This auction is a lot of fun with our famous auctioneer.

8:00 - 9:00 AM:  Breakfast inside Park Pavilion. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, coffee and orange juice. 

 

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Games (outside the Pavilion).

 

12:00 - 1:00 PM:  Hot Dog Lunch

 

 

2:30 - 3:30 PM  Pet Parade (Outside Park Pavilion).

 

 

 

 

Saturday

5:30 PM : Seating for dinner inside the Park Pavilion.  When you arrive please help yourself to your drink.

6:00 PM:  Catered Dinner 

 

7:30 PM : Entertainment

8:00 - 9:00 AM:  Breakfast- Pancakes, sausage, coffee and orange juice.

 

8:30 AM - 10:30 AM:  WIT Store open.

 

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Games

 

12:00 PM:  Lunch on your own.

 

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM:  Cake Walk inside Park Pavilion.  Tickets will cost $.50 each or  5 for 2.00 or 10 for $4.00.

 

5:30 PM:  Seating for dinner. When you arrive please help yourself to your drink.

 

6:00 PM:  Catered Dinner

 

7:30 PM : Live music

 

 

Sunday

8:30 AM:  Breakfast - Continental.
